Cute but painful - I have never has problems with Privo's so I went ahead even though most reviews mention cutting into the heel. The shoes were comfy when I wore them around the house, but the first time I wore them out, they dug a whole in my heel that took weeks to heel. I now have moleskin affixed to the shoes in an attempt to make them wearable. Don't try these.
