Cozy - My first Uggs. I have avoided them in the past because of lack of support. I tried the Cove (too small for me feet) and the Endell. I found the Endell to be cozy, but not quite as supportive as I need. I got the Endell 1/2 size larger to accommodate an insert. I put an insert under the sheepskin pad and it works great. I love the styling. Just funky enough for semi-casual work dress.
